Every plan comes with its own monthly usage limit. Pro sets the base limit: Max gives you about 5× that limit and Max+ about 8× more than Pro. The higher the plan, the larger the limit. It refreshes every month.
The subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel or change it anytime in the billing portal below.
